My name is Khan and that epiglottis shit!

Bonjour Dear Readers!

As far as time is concerned, I am not a person to be followed or appreciated. Irregularly irregular but this two negatives don't make a positive difference! Trash, I know but kya karein. Control nahin hota!

Distrust and caution are the parents of security.
-Benjamin Franklin

Less than a fortnight ago, Indian media suddenly whacked my TV and killed my mood mercilessly. "SRK dentained at US airport!". Their hype was more like "Arre! 2012 aa gaya kya?!"  and then started the reflection of Indian culture which can be termed in one simple, derogatory and irritating phrase:
Personality Cult.

The media was all ready to sue the people who held the epiglottis of that Adam's Apple wala Khan for 2 years (seemed to me like years rather than hours!). Media was more furious than Al-Qaeda after Osama's death or the LTTE after Prabhakaran's death! Reason: An Indian superstar got detained on US airport for 2 hours.
Congress sycophant, Rajiv Shukla, snarled "SRK's detention at US airport inappropriate!"

The immediate thing I remembered was about the detention of Indian Missile Man, Hon'ble Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and former Defence Minister George Fernandes. SRK, to be very straight and a bit rude, is of no match of any of the above mentioned personalities. When they were searched, not a single media man took a grave note of it. Men of works and not words, didn't create a media hype via their foolish, arrogant statements which our dangerously ridiculous "numb""err" (RA) One blurted out. His visit to Yale was good (as people say), he is a nice frank guy (as people say) but he is a showman of idiocy (no one says but that's the truth).

As far as security is concerned, US has always been a dictator rather than a democratic one. I appreciate that. When it comes to safety, Chanakya Niti says,

"Until and unless a nation becomes self-independent on aspects like food production, security and safety of its own people, it cannot become powerful. Both internal and external security are vital aspects of effective administration. Political instability, civil war and invasion block the road of growth."

Everyone is equal to laws, be it a King (or Khan) or a layman. US has a prestige of playing a dual role in creating animosity with the Muslims (Indian and worldwide) and Indians (1 billion wide). My point is that they know both of the communities very well. Through their core. They know their misdeeds, felony, crime and their embarrassing acts. US isn't India and hence it isn't yet suffering like India.

So it goes. We are so much smitten by personalities that we have always overlooked their vices and have accepted them as their status and style analogy. Shitty isn't it? Yes it is. When Aamir made "Delhi Belly", I was damn sure that it will get a maverick critic review and so it achieved. That man is a clever one. He has set up an aura around him of intellectualism and perfectionism. Damn smart he is cause he knows that we are  more than 1 billion idiots!

SRK on the other hand is a real-life clown whose face is hidden behind his protruding nose and his over-smartness overflowing like Machchu Dam of Morbi! Disastrous, not only to himself but also the people entangled with him. Creating such a hype of a foolish issue was uncalled for and then he suffered some serious wrath! He is a creative marketeer whose 90% energy is being utilized to create hypes, confusions, fake celebrity brawls, fights and what not.

Lot more to right but my exams are calling me to write in papers... :P :D

Adieu folks. See you all! ;)
